How City Care Lab Works
From the first phone call to the report on your phone, here is exactly what happens when you test with us, whether that is at one of our six branches or from your own sofa.
Step 1
Book Your Test
Call or WhatsApp 0316-7208633, use the City Care Lab app, or walk into any of our six branches. Tell us what your doctor ordered, or describe your symptoms and we will point you to the right test.
Step 2
We Collect Your Sample
Come to any branch for a walk-in draw, or stay home and let our phlebotomist collect it at your door, free across Gujranwala, Daska, Sambrial and Mundeke. Either way, it is the same sterile, single-use equipment and the same trained hands.
Step 3
We Process It at Our Own Lab
Samples from every branch are processed at our Model Town laboratory in Gujranwala, and a consultant pathologist reviews the results before anything goes out. Nothing gets sent off to a lab we do not control.
Step 4
Your Report Reaches You
Routine tests get a same day report, delivered by WhatsApp and available in the City Care Lab app or our online portal. If a number does not make sense, free teleconsultation on the app connects you with someone who can explain it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome at any of our six branches. Booking ahead by call or WhatsApp just saves you time.
Where are samples actually tested?
At our own laboratory in Model Town, Gujranwala. Every sample from every branch goes through the same lab and the same consultant pathologist review.
How is my report delivered?
By WhatsApp and inside the City Care Lab app, usually the same day for routine tests.
What happens if I don't understand my report?
Free teleconsultation on the app connects you with someone who can explain exactly what a flagged value means.
Is home sample collection part of this process too?
Yes. The booking and collection steps work the same whether you visit a branch or have a phlebotomist collect your sample at home.
