CORPORATE & INDUSTRIAL HEALTH SCREENING
Corporate and Industrial Medical Testing in Gujranwala and Sialkot
Gujranwala runs on manufacturing: fans, steel, ceramics, plastics. Cross into Sialkot district and it becomes surgical instruments, sports goods and leather, with rice mills and food processing units in between. Every one of those employers has a workforce that needs screening, and almost none of them want to lose a production day to it. We bring the screening to your plant.
Why Partner with City Care Lab?
Workers exposed to dust, noise, chemicals, heat or heavy physical loads need periodic assessment. Most units in this district still handle that reactively, when someone falls ill, rather than on a schedule that would have caught the problem earlier.
- On-Site Sampling: Your employees don't have to leave the office, our team of expert phlebotomist will come to take samples for processing.
- Customized Corporate Health Plans: we provide extensive discounts and deals for corporate employee that cover everything from routine check-ups to specialized screenings, ensuring the health and productivity of your workforce.
- Cutting-Edge Technology & Expertise: Our labs are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and our team of certified pathologists and doctors provides accurate and reliable results in time.
-
Online Reports: Once the sample is taken and processed, your employees don't need to come to collect their report. They can simply use our mobile application or web portal to download their report.
- Free Tele-consultation: City Care Lab is providing free Tele-consultation for its patients through its mobile application.
Occupational Health Screening for Factories and Mills
Workers exposed to dust, noise, chemicals, heat or heavy physical loads need periodic assessment. Most units in this district still handle that reactively, when someone falls ill, rather than on a schedule that would have caught the problem earlier.
Panels We Commonly Run for Industrial Clients
- Complete Blood Count and general haematology (baseline health, anaemia, signs of infection)
- Liver function (LFT), particularly relevant where chemical or solvent exposure is a factor
- Kidney function (RFT): creatinine, urea and electrolytes, important in high-heat environments
- Blood sugar and HbA1c for chronic disease detection across the workforce
- Lipid profile for cardiovascular risk screening
- Hepatitis B (HBsAg) and Hepatitis C (Anti-HCV) screening
- Urine routine examination
Panels are built around the actual exposures in your plant rather than sold as a fixed bundle. Tell us what your people do, and we will propose what is worth testing.
Food Businesses, Rice Mills and Processing Units
If your staff handle food, their health status is not just an internal matter. It is something you are expected to know, keep records of, and be able to show. We handle the testing side of that.
Food Handler Health Screening
- Stool routine examination and culture, to identify carriers of typhoid and other enteric organisms
- Typhoid screening (Widal or Typhidot)
- Hepatitis B (HBsAg) and Hepatitis C (Anti-HCV) screening
- Complete Blood Count as a general health baseline
- Chest X-ray for respiratory screening, available at our Daska branch
- Blood sugar and general fitness panels for a fuller picture of your workforce
Where We Fit, Plainly Stated
Official food handler certification in Punjab is issued through the Punjab Food Authority’s own arrangements. We are not that route, and we will not tell you otherwise.
What we do is the diagnostic testing: screening your staff, giving you clean records for each person, and telling you where there is a problem.
Why Food Businesses Use Us Anyway
Finding out during an official screening that four of your kitchen staff are typhoid carriers is an expensive way to learn it.
Screening your team first means you enter any inspection already knowing where you stand, with problems dealt with rather than discovered.
We can also screen new food-handling hires before you take them on, and re-screen your existing team on a schedule so your records never go stale.
What We Provide
On-Site Screening Camps
We set up at your premises with our own staff, equipment and consumables. A camp typically screens a full shift without interrupting production, working around your shift pattern.
Pre-Employment Medical Assessments
New hires screened before they start, with a clear result set against the role’s requirements. Turnaround is built around your onboarding timeline, not ours.
Annual and Periodic Health Checks
Rolling schedules mean screening happens continuously through the year, not piled into one chaotic week. You also get year-on-year comparison data for the same employee.
Group Reporting and Record-Keeping
You receive individual confidential reports for each employee, plus an anonymised company summary: how many screened, how many flagged, common findings.
Why Partner With a Gujranwala Laboratory
- Your samples are processed here. Our main lab is in Model Town, Gujranwala, so a camp finishing at 2 PM has samples on the analyser that same afternoon.
- We know the industrial belt. Our six branches cover Gujranwala city, Daska, Sambrial and Mundeke, most of the corridor where these plants sit.
- Group reports on a schedule you set, delivered together in a format your HR team can file. Every report is verified by our consultant pathologist, Dr. Beenish Haleem.
- Company invoicing: one invoice for the engagement, with a per-employee breakdown if you need it. Employees pay nothing at the point of screening.
- A person, not a portal. You get a named contact who answers the phone, and a queried report or repeat draw gets sorted the same day.
Request a Proposal
Send us the following and we will come back with a costed proposal:
- Company name and plant location
- Number of employees to be screened
- Type of screening needed (pre-employment, periodic, food handler, or a specific panel)
- Shift pattern and preferred dates
- Any audit deadline you are working to

Frequently Asked Questions
Can City Care Lab screen our staff at our factory instead of at a branch?
Yes. On-site screening camps are our standard approach for groups. We bring staff, equipment and consumables to your premises and work around your shift schedule so production is not interrupted.
How quickly do we get reports for a full workforce screening?
Group turnaround depends on the panel and headcount, and we confirm a delivery date in the proposal before the camp runs. Samples are processed at our own laboratory in Model Town, Gujranwala, which keeps turnaround short.
Do employees pay anything at the screening?
No. Corporate engagements are invoiced to the company, with a per-employee breakdown if you need it for cost allocation. Employees pay nothing at the point of screening.
Are individual results shared with the employer?
Individual clinical results are confidential to the employee and your designated occupational health contact. The company receives an anonymised summary of how many were screened and the common findings.
Can you test our food handling staff?
Yes. We run the health screening tests food businesses need for their staff records, including stool examination and culture, typhoid screening, hepatitis B and C, and chest X-ray at our Daska branch. Official food handler certification in Punjab is issued through the Punjab Food Authority’s own arrangements, so we handle the testing and records side rather than the certificate itself.
Do you test water at our plant?
Talk to us about what you need analysed and we will tell you plainly what we can run in-house and what we cannot. We would rather turn down a test than hand you a result we are not confident in.
