Responsibilities
- Review, verify and sign off reports across haematology, chemical pathology, serology and microbiology
- Oversee daily internal quality control and external quality assessment
- Guide and train laboratory technologists on test procedures and sample handling
- Flag and communicate critical results to patients and referring doctors promptly
- Help review test methods, reference ranges and lab policies as we grow
Requirements
- MBBS with FCPS, MCPS, MPhil or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Pathology (any discipline)
- Valid PMDC registration
- Experience reporting in a diagnostic laboratory preferred
- Attention to detail and a calm, professional approach
