How do I get my results?
Reports are available through our mobile app, WhatsApp, or the web portal, usually the same day for routine tests.
Do I need to prepare for my test?
Some tests, like fasting blood sugar or a lipid profile, need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Ask when you book and we'll tell you exactly what to do beforehand.
Is there an extra charge for home sampling?
No. Home sampling is included at no extra cost across our service areas.
Do I need a doctor's prescription for home sampling?
No. If your doctor has given you one, show it to our phlebotomist so we run exactly what was ordered.
Can I book a health package with home sampling?
Yes. All three wellness packages include free home sample collection. Compare our health packages to pick the right one.
Can the phlebotomist come early in the morning for a fasting test?
Yes. For fasting tests we can arrange an early morning visit, so you can give your sample before you break your fast.
